Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Timeframes:
Tier 1 Cities: Most deliveries within 48 hours.
Standard Delivery: Ideal delivery time is 2-4 business days.

2. Order Processing:
Weekend Orders: Orders placed post 3pm on Saturdays are shipped on Sunday.
Weekday Orders: Orders placed post 3pm on weekdays are shipped the next day.

3. Tracking and Updates:
Live Tracking: Customers can track their orders live via WhatsApp updates.

4. Delivery Attempts:
Three Attempts: Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your order three times.

5. Lost Shipments:
Immediate Reshipment: If the courier loses the shipment, we will reship the order immediately.

7. Additional Policies:

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value.

Address Changes: Any request for changes to the shipping address must be made within 1 hour of placing the order. Contact our customer support for assistance.

Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled only before the order is processes and shipped. After this period cancellations may not be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
